That’s why we created our private upstairs room designed for anyone who prefers or requires a more secluded salon experience. Is there an extra cost to use the private room?
No. There is no additional charge for booking the private room. All services are priced the same as on our main salon service list.
Who is the private room for?
The room is designed for clients who prefer or require a more secluded space. This may include personal, cultural, medical, sensory, or privacy-related reasons. The goal is to ensure every client can enjoy the same salon experience comfortably.
How do I book the private room?
Bookings must be made by phone. Because it’s a two-seater room, we need to coordinate bookings alongside our downstairs schedule.
Why do you ask about the purpose of the booking?
We need to understand how to accommodate your needs and ensure the right timing and stylist availability upstairs. It also helps us balance our team’s workflow.
What services can I have in the private room?
All services on our regular price list are available. There are no restrictions — colour, styling, treatments, extensions, etc. All bookings follow our standard deposit and 24-hour cancellation policy.
Is the room comfortable?
Absolutely — the room has air conditioning and is set up just like our main salon space, so you receive the same high-quality experience.
Is the private room fully secluded?
Yes. The room is completely private and located upstairs. Dividers are available to block visibility if the door needs to be opened at any stage.
Is there wheelchair access?
There is no elevator, and the room is located upstairs. If accessibility is a concern, please let us know during booking and we will do our best to arrange suitable alternatives.
Will I have the same stylist as usual?
Yes. Our regular team will be looking after you. Stylists can move between upstairs and downstairs as needed.
Can two people book the room together?
Yes. The room seats two clients. Booking by phone is essential so we can schedule the appropriate stylists for both seats.
